Product Description
The Indirect Cooking Rack is ideal for indirect cooking setups, searing steaks close to the fire, and cooking on multiple levels. It has a 10-Inch diameter cooking surface and is designed to be used in the Medium Grill Dome or any other similar sized kamado cooker. This rack fits any 15-Inch diameter cooking grill.

Features

• Indirect cooking; hang the rack in downward position below main cooking grill and place a drip pan or a ceramic/pizza stone on it to deflect heat
• Sear steaks; hang the rack in the downward position and sear steaks right on top of the fire
• Cook on multiple levels; place the rack on top of the main cooking level and cook foods on two levels
• Cook pizza on the top level for a perfect brick oven pizza
• Heavy Duty Porcelain coating, Heavy Duty 1/4 inch diameter wire construction
